Myron,

WAST: Now you have my attention! I've watched WAST for the last year and as one might suspect I stopped watching. .25 .21 .25 for a long time. Then bang off it goes.

The reasons.....16 million in debt dumped and the promise of 150 million infusion for expansion.

The how...The 16 million is thru bankrupting and dumping the subsids that are dragging the co. down.....150 million infusion is through a deal with debt holders for restricted shares totaling 100 million shares. Not real crazy about that part, but being restricted I would like to know the particulars on the conversion dates etc. Also, they are issuing warrants with exercise at 1.50 .

Short interest is minimal so no help there. The recent price jump was off of the debt and finance news with the promise of more news to come per the CEO. This looks good to me on a pull back (hopefully) between news releases.

Seems like a lot of these little stocks are popping as they get off their duff after being threatened with NASD de listing. NURS, ATEC, JAVC come to mind.
