Oil and rate yields down again tonight. Disinflation signals all around the globe. DEflation concerns starting to rumble in the distance. If Powell had any sense he would react quickly.

R2K rested for a day at the breakout point at the bottom of the Shooting Star seen in the chart. A Shooting Star is a bearish candle IF confirmed the next day or two.

Small caps are still lagging and unloved. Perhaps a great opportunity. I hope so. :-)
