I have been e mailing Pedro Valdez and Susan Gabbie for very many months now asking to be given a proposed programme for relisting on AIM and the financing and developing of Ollochea, as would be a minimum in any properly run company.
I had two replies from Valdez in the early days promising nothing was amiss and nothing was being hidden from investors, but I am now just being blanked by both. (seems a bit ironic considering their respective job titles of Head of Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications and Media Manager).
I admit to having virtually no knowledge of Company Law or Stock Market Trading, and am only a small shareholder of 100,000 shares, but surely there is some regulating body who should be calling out bad or fraudulant management to protect innocent shareholders. I bought into this company when it was tipped as a good prospect under Courtney Chamberlain, but have been utterly depressed by the goings on after his sad demize.
Since Minera's removal from AIM I have been unable to offload my share holding and can only now stand by helplessly while these unpleasant individuals drain the lifeblood from what should have been a success story.
I have just received the voting form for 11 December 2023. While the gold prices have been going skyward, the Chairman's letter is a list of pathetic excuses as to why nothing positive has happened.
Can anyone suggest any action shareholders could take to get the management investigated?
