Herb, this is the run down on Mr. Hubert
Francois Hubert,- was until recently a Senior Executive with the Government of Canada. He brings over 23 years of Informatics experience, most recently as Director of Informatics Procurement with Public Works and Government Services Canada. Prior to joining the Federal Government, Mr. Hubert worked for IBM as a Systems Analyst for 8 years. A graduate of Laval University where he obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in 1973, Mr. Hubert was a Chairperson of an international committee on IT Reform for the 90¡sŒ, which lead to the formulation of a concept entitled Common Purpose ProcurementŒ, which is being used worldwide in large IT projects.
I also just talked with my investment advisor who (on Friday), had a conversation with on the Ryback brothers, who owns Agiss. It seems that AGISS is still planning to spend approx. $250,000 to open up the conversion center in Canada that will use ConSyGen's toolset to convert code.
When Mr. Ryback was asked if AGISS would give enough code to ConSyGen to ensure that ConSyGen wouldn't terminate the exclusivity portion of their contact?
Mr Ryback said that AGISS will use the ConSyGen toolset more than any other tool and their $250,000 investment in the conversion center should be a signal that they intend to do lost of projects using the toolset. (Mr. Ryback can be reached at: 1-888-230-7981 )

I personally feel that if Agiss doesn't produce something soon, CSGI should terminate the exclusivity portion of their contract with Agiss
From what I understand, there have already been some Canadian companies that have approached ConSyGen directly, but they had to be referred to Agiss based on this exclusivity agreement.
Agiss had better get their act together soon.
I also find it very distasteful that Agiss did not issue a press release informing investors that the Pres. of the company was fired.
In my opinion, that is material information that should of been announced.
Like I said, I am not currently a shareholder of Agiss, but I would of been very pissed off if I was.
I also think that it is about time that Ron Bishop and CSGI start to act more in the interest of their shareholders and start to keep us informed of exactly what the heck is going on. This silent approach is not working.
Mr. Bishop needs to have a conference call, or needs to issue another shareholder letter to keep current investors, and potential new investors, up to date. |
