Taping the dogs snout shut was enough to eventually kill him, as dogs use their breathing to regulate body temp as they have no sweat glands. We had a few locals tape their next door neighbors dog snout shut due to barking, it killed the dog.

People who do what was done to Trooper, need to be skinned alive.
