Haven’t seen his work recently… It looks to me that he expects the rally out if the late October low to be a Wave C. I think the more likely possibility is that the rally will continue, very likely to new all time highs. (Seasonality is bullish; recently we had a Zweig breadth thrust).

But, just in case, if the market DOES turn south, taking out the recent November low (which he marked as w4) would be a strong indication that the decline is serious.
