re. dental issues

This dentist makes some surprising claims about gum recession and what people shouldn't use or do WRT oral care in general. Take note that she sells a mouth care system, but most of her advice is unrelated to her products, so I don't pass this off totally as a commercial.

For example, she mentioned sparkling water as a problem. I've been mixing some into the water I keep by the computer for quite some time to give it a little kick. I didn't realize it's a weak acid. Maybe it's the cause of my small instance of gum recession. I appreciated her heads up about that. youtube.com
