If GBTC converts into an ETF, does anyone know the simple explanation for what that means for GBTC's operations?

With GBTC as an ETF, if someone buys $10 million of GBTC does it mean that GBTC must immediately go into a crypto exchange and buy $10 million actual bitcoin, and vice versa when someone sells GBTC? So the price of the GBTC ETF must always equal the GBTC NAV, and the price of GBTC moves almost identically to Bitcoin's price movements, and the number of bitcoin held by GBTC must flucture with each buy and sell?

Is that understanding of the GBTC ETC conversion correct?
