Two cowboys were riding horseback on the open prairie all day...
At nightfall they got off their mounts to pitch a tent they could share and to bed down for the night...
A few hours later, both of them were awake...
So, the first cowboy asked the second cowboy, "When you look up what do you see?"
The second cowboy said, "When I look up I see so many stars in the night sky."
The first cowboy then asked, "And what does that tell you?"
The second cowboy said, "It tells me there are probably billions and billions of stars and galaxies out there and probably a lot of planets just like ours."
The first cowboy then asked, "And what else does it tell you?"
The second cowboy then replied, "Well, the sky is clear so it probably means clear skies tomorrow and it may be sunny and warm."
The first cowboy then asked, "And what else does it tell you?"
The second cowboy paused and then said, "I don't know, when you look up what do you see?"
The first cowboy replied, "I see a lot of stars, too."
The second cowboy then asked, "And what does that tell you?"
The first cowboy said, "It tells me that someone stole our tent and if you can't see that then you're dumber than buffalo shit!"
