Bill,

<<Regarding the settled lawsuit, you'd have to say that
Newmin pulled off a pretty sweet deal, wouldn't you?>>

You bet I would! Paying off a $333,000 bank note with one
$50,000 payment is some kind of negotiating...He can negotiate
with my bank anytime to pay my mortgage off for only 15%
of principal ;-)

Is it me or did Exten just update their website with this new
section called: OTHER OPPORTUNITIES...when I clicked on it, this
is what came up: <<Exten Industries is currently looking for new
business opportunities such as acquisitions, funding,
and/or joint ventures, etc.>>

Pretty interesting..as good as their proprietary Sybiol Liver
treatment is going to be, and not to mention how urgently it
is needed by the medical community..Still! They are looking for
other opportunities "acquisitions, funding, and/or joint ventures,
etc." for increased EXTI shareholder value! I wonder if CEO G.
Newminn is going to turn EXTI into some type of holding company
with its own diversified portfolio? Any ideas?

Regards,
Shawn
