I think it's more like "How can Israel transform those OSPP's so that Hamas no longer looks attractive to them?" I dunno; how about removing all settlers from the West Bank, and then holding a free lottery for the homes, open only to descendants of displaced Palestinians?

Many Israelis are living on land which formerly belonged to the families of Palestinians, and they want to reclaim that land, just like Native Americans wanted to do here. We semi-genocided the Indians into submission, and then confined them on reservations. The Pals are currently confined to two reservations, and settlers are still allowed to seize land in one of them.
