Sorry T, You need to take a trip to some other countries that are moving forward rapidly to a totally renewable world. Do you think fossil fuels will last forever? Seriously? Visiting Australia was a gamechanger for me. I guess you don't work with the technology like I do daily. I don't see the charging infrastructure meeting the needs of our EV future. It's absolutely unacceptable to have 40% of the chargers out there out-of-order, broken, or just plain incompatible with my vehicle It's no wonder all car manufactures in NA are switching to NACS (Tesla) charging standard. Including many new BEV cars being imported here next year. I've never had a problem charging my car on long road trips here in NA. Many covering thousands of miles... That's been the case since I purchased my Tesla in November of 2017. The charging competition don't even have NOC's!
