This is a waste. Low-income residences don't need solar upgrades. T, No it's not. It lowers their utility bills and reduces pollution from a lot of generation derived from fossil fuels. Yep, heat pumps are an excellent solution. (I actually use a couple) Moving away from fossil fuels helps Nature in the long run. Better insulation? I agree if that helps reduce heating demand and keeping homes cooler during hot weather. Are you interested in actually cleaning up the environment? Or perpetuating dirty, unsustainable fossil fuel burning?
