Mr. Das, (I assume Sanjay is a boy's name, if not, my apologies Ms. Das).

You said:

This type of response, unfortunately needs to be addressed in the interest of fairness, not to Mr. Das, but to other NEW participants, (we never know who is out there, lurking, potentially new FTEL investors).

The above post may give the wrong impression to either the new investor and/or to the lazy one that may not dig deep enough to find the real CHARACTER of the person posting.

I took the time to find out a little more about Mr. Das.

After reviewing several of your posts, primarily those re:FTEL's. I concluded that Mr. Das has his own specific agenda that seems to have a pre-set script. This script is directed to put doubts on those who are weak and/or not sure in their position of FTEL.

Mr. Das starts with an apparent honesty and admiration for those "long term holders", including "congratulations" for having a "lively conversation" and the size of this thread.

However, immediately, starts with his "questions" and "doubts", however, for some mysterious reason, he never comes up with one single answer on his own. I mean the questions do not require some rocket scientist to answer the same. Believe me that if I have been able to answer a number of questions either on my own or through research, there has to be a LOT of people that could do the same. no need to go out to the street and cry: "the sky is falling."

If you believe I am not accurate in the above statements, correct me either with SPECIFIC questions that have not been addressed yet in this thread, or with proof that you did not write the following posts:

The order is chronological, starting with the following, (10/10/97). And then, going forward from there:

>>Hi folks:

I have been following this thread for last couple of days.
Hats off to the oldTimers for the lively conversation.

Needless to say, I was drawn to FTEL due to the recent jump
in price and I am sure there are a bunch of people like me
lurking around.

POINT *

Did you get caught "buying high.", * needless to say * selling low? (Wishing for a return to the old highs?)

>>One thing that puzzles me is the absence of 'Earnings' news. The
last time FTEL came out with earnings was on Jan 17. Are BB
companies NOT required to announce their earnings every quarter ??
Now, I do understand that for a company like FTEL earnings really
do not matter.

A = yes, no, maybe, all of the above; OF COURSE earnings matter, that is what everyone is waiting/hoping for, but they will come in time. First, the story needs to develop and be told.

Do I need air to live? A = Only when I am breathing!

>>That brings me to the question of COMPETITION. Are there other
companies (specially a big company with lots of resources) that
can come up with a better product in a short time period.<<

A =

***YES THERE ARE, LOTS OF THEM. MAY THE BEST MAN/WOMAN WIN***

However, does FTEL have the best product? What is the market size?, are there any pending alliances that may represent short cuts to deploy the necessary "set-up" in order to succeed? What are the regulatory environment in the US or International arena, local long distance, etc.

>>One other thing is the past record of management. What did the
CEO do before this ? What about the CFO ? Most times, a company
like FTEL will live & die by it's CEO.<<

A= I think Mr. Peters had a lemonade stand when he was five years old.

***READ THE FTEL WEB PAGE, IT INCLUDES A HISTORY ABOUT FRANK PETERS, AND ITS CFO, IT IS THERE***

Ask a stupid question and.

I will look around and research myself and I will post them
here if I find something that is worth posting. I am sure, a lot
of these similar questions have been raised before. But there
are zillions of meesages on this thread (Congratulations) and I do
not see how anyone can sift thru all these....<<

Impressive wisdom. but only in words not in deeds. What did your research turned out? ValueCaca?

By the way, what the hell are meesages? We do read the posts (except the ones that have CLICK ! written all over them, there are a few). I assume that in order to accomplish your research you do read, don't you?

>>You have a great thing going, but I think the best is yet
to come ....<<

Not by the way you sound. (in your latest posts). Do you easily change your mind, or Caca-Research "enlightens" you? And, exactly, what do you mean by "the best is yet to come"?

>>FTEL Insider selling activity ....

Frank Peters sold close to 150,000 shares recently.

Follow this link: stocksmart.com.

I believe that Frank Peters (through another poster), has addressed this issue not too long ago. Besides, as it has been said before, given the proper disclosure, (as it has happened, and it is required), I am not aware of the existence of the any regulations from "The People's Bureau of What are you Going to do With Your Money Next". Therefore, who cares if he sold what he may? he certainly is entitled to this and more.

Officers, amazingly so, do, from time to time, have certain financial needs and do sell part (even all) of their holdings. If your research about the market, industry, company, and character of the individuals involved, it may give you a better idea of the company's prospect, and put you at ease. Paying attention to the possible sales of stock by insiders, which at best, it will give you only a guess as to why the sale or purchase of the same. Alone, it will hardly give you what you and others pompously suggest.

that is even mildly critical of FTEL because of the emotional
responses you get. I also noticed the how 'Atin' was treated in
this thread and finally hounded out by the fanatics.

Take it easy, guys.<<

Look who is talking! What a change of mind and spirit from only a month ago!! 10/6/97

Mr. Malaviya (as in Atin), was treated fairly, perhaps not by all, however let Mr. Malaviya do his complaining. At least he quit complaining, and did something about the damn thing, he created his own thread! That is an example of a productive individual not a "whinny whino"

Long (and true) Ftelers, speak with knowledge and have a reason behind their "madness", (they do have a method). If you approach them intelligently, you will be treated fairly. Best of all, they are aware of their risk and are asking for no damn messiah to come and "save" them for their "stupid deeds". They gladly accept their fate.

This is precisely what I am talking about. So what, you have been
here a long time. This is not the US Congress !! I have been a
member of SI (probably) longer than anyone of you - that dont
mean nothing.

You giving me a fair shake , c'mon now - you are
so drunk with this "I_have_been_here_longer_than_you" line
of thinking !!

This is a waste of time. BTW, I was having a great day !!
I am not kidding.<<<<

Is this is whatt youre precisely talking abut? Why, we ARE the damn Congress that's right, what the hell! Mine is longer than yours anyway!. And yes we are drunk like a skunk, but you are dumb and ugly. Tomorrow, we will be sober, and you will still be dumb and ugly!!

You wast'ng your time, hav'ng a great day, not kidd'ng. Well, sir, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING BLABBERING ON THIS THREAD. Go back to not wasting your time, having a great day and that's right! NO KIDDING!

Keep up the good work.

I had no idea that RB owns so many shares !! Talk about
vested interest. God knows if the other drumbeaters on
this thread own the rest of FTEL (what Frank does not own).

Keep in mind that there are people like me who appreciate
your time & effort.

Good work? Oh well.

What the hell makes a difference if RB, DR, JR, MONGO SANTA MARIA, CHEECH or CHONG own whatever shares matters, did you understand the industry FTEL is in? Did you understand the business plan?, Did you understand the meaning of the recent rounds of financing? Blah blah blah blah, bullshit, bullshit, cacadetoro, cacadetoro.

You should understand what it takes to be "vested" in this "idiotic" company, then you may have a motivation to study in stead of placing doubts here and there, and then, to crown your impressive stupidity, you start praising ValueCaca.
