Hmmm, I've never had a problem getting service for my Tesla. They even drove to my house (Tesla Road Rangers) and replaced a passenger door handle the day after I reported it. No charge. Did an upgrade to a new MCU a few years later and it was accomplished within a day at the Seattle 6th Avenue service center. All done under warrantee.
