Good lord, that really misses the point to the degree it is impossible to answer.

The church's don't torture people anymore as we have become more civilized since we had separation of church and state, but they did for hundreds of years.

And right now the church is deeply involved in our politics e.g. Roe V Wade an house leader's ideology being the bible.

And white nationalists are wrapped up in the church.

The History of the church is important to look at!

And i asked you to tell me what i got so wrong and as usual you came up with nothing!

I'm gonna go back to ignoring most of your posts. But I just asked you tell me which church tried to force their beliefs on you. Especially if they used torture, etc.
