Wayne + Rich,

I have some of the 50 stocks in my database, and agree and disagree with both of you.On ORCL I see

The Bolinger bands heading up,which is what Wayne sees
The 5 day stochastics heading down and about the 50% mark, which is what Rich sees.I also think what Wayne sees here though, when the 5 day stochastic hooks,it's a buy.

I use Worden's Telechart 2000,and it doesn't have DMI, I have two chapters left to read in Elder's,Trading for a Living, and he says you can calculate DMI by hand.Way to much work though.I have Technical Analysis by Martin Pring sitting on my desk and it'll probably take me 2 weeks to read. Then,I'll be looking to get some better technical analysis software myself.Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I understand TradeStation is the best and most expensive, and have heard positive things about Telescan and Metastock.

From what I've seen and heard, most software is similar,it's up to you what settings you use.The bands on ORCL pointed way up on a 1 day chart, just turned upward on a 2 day chart, and were still headed down on a 3,4, and 5 day chart.

Good luck
Buzzy
