Hi Bear,

You got that right.

It took me over 2 years to get my Nomad scheduled for rust repairs.

I found Randy Ranker via facebook on a recommendation from a complete stranger.

I got very lucky as Randy is now a great friend and the best at what he and his son do.

The part about opening up one's wallet is also right on.

But restoring a car is proof one has too much money. LOL

The key is to do it cars that are destined to be classics and hopefully have a generational demand from the the next group of young car apprecionados.

The other mental need is to have an emotional tie to the car, which obviously you and I both have.

When its done, you go out to your garage and just look at it and feel really good about it.

You'll have one heck of a stable of neat cars, a Z and a vette - both great love affairs IMO.

Bob
