It's not a done deal yet, but why would RuZZia want control over it anyway?

They already have vast oil reserves on their own territory. And they didn't even need to wage a three-day sPeCiAl mIlItArY oPeRaTiOn (going on 640 days now) in order to obtain them.

Let's not forget that RuZZia is banning exports of oil and oil-based products. They've partially lifted the ban last month and this month, but parts of the ban still remain.

That points to production problems on their own soil. And they want to try producing oil on foreign lands? LOL ...
