Scott, It wouldn't hurt to contact the class action attorneys if you'd like to. Unfortunately, you may need to do some digging back in the archives of this thread to uncover who they are. I can't remember who is handling the case, but I do know that it is in here....somewhere. Sadly, both Tele and Mike K. would know but both are unable to respond to this........does anyone else remember who is handling this lawsuit? Sorry I can't give you specifics. Tele, if you're still getting these.......Get better soon!!!
