Nope Yup need coal, oil/gas and Nuke for base load Not for me, or shortly for the entire state of Washington. Washington State shuts down the last coal fired generation plant in the state next year. It's obsolete, dirty and finally priced out of business because of much cheaper, cleaner renewables. Take a trip to Australia and see first hand what's happening there. The technology is spreading to the entire world.
