When looking at the voting in the 1964 civil rights legislation, one cannot look at party, they have to look at whether they were a liberal or a conservative.

In those days both parties had liberals and conservatives.

The liberals all vote for it and most conservatives voted against it.

That vote alone shows the moral superiority of the liberals over the conservatives!

And yes, Biden is doing a goo job and getting a bad rap!!
