That is hilarious - Investors pay taxes on gains - if the rich did all this investing then they would pay taxes and that would be credited towards them when calculating their tax load. One percent in the US make over fifty percent of income in the USA they pay squat in the way of taxes - like less than ten percent. That one percent, select judges, control political parties through bribery and corruption, just as they make fifty percent of total American income they control fifty percent of the votes. Follow the money.
