Ashley, At this time the company is low on funds and will have to do something to buy time in the sweepstakes game. One option is to sell a percentage of the property for cash. Buyers could be anyone from a large mining company to actual Russians who are repatriating rubles to Russia (see CNN website Feb. 16). In any event the market is waiting to see how they will raise the money. The market also does not believe that the company can finance a US$130 million project so it is possible that they may rescope it once again. The copper feasibility, which is being paid for by Merubeni, is due in June and there should not be any surprises from that. Ross Orr
