I think the US will keep pumping. Candian oil sands pays 11.56 to produce a barrel of oil. Eagle Ford US needs 48 for a new well and 23 for existing wells. Saudi's can pull a barrel out of the ground for 3.50
Thing is Saudi Arabia is actively working to diversify its economy away from oil dependence, it's Saw Bones big dream.
