Logicode Technology To Discontinue Operations
Logicode Will No Longer Manufacture Modems; Will Seek Buyer

CAMARILLO, CA (February 6, 1998) - Effective immediately, long-time
modem/data communications developer Logicode Technology, Inc.,
announces that it will no longer manufacture modems and will be
closing its Camarillo, California facility. In addition, Logicode
management is now in the process of seeking buyers for its modem
manufacturing equipment and other assets, including the Logicode
Quicktel(TM), Quicktel Xeba(TM), Quicktel II(TM), QuickWave(TM),
TVideo(TM), and TELE-VUTM brand names and the Logicode proprietary
product and circuit board designs.
