tonto: Was it just coincidence that Riley posted his disclaimer on Thursday evening and then waited until yesterday to post his news of a telephone call from the SEC on Friday. Albeit he chose to say that the call was in reference to gathering information about the"nays" and not anything that he or others may have been contributing to this thread which bolstered the contentions of RMIL management. I wonder why would it take from Friday until Monday to post that information since if it were true it would be strong defense of the "yeas" point of view? Of course since its a well known policy of the SEC not to comment privately to inquiries about matters under investigation, confirmation of this call and its contents can't be verified by parties outside the conversation if indeed it ever did take place. Then again with all of the strange goings on with this stock why should I be surprised by this news.
