Pugs, we then will agree to differ. The scam I see is one in which a company has knowingly lied to the public and misrepresented its assets and business. While you do not support my desire for a more honest market, I will continue to research these companies and fwiw allow lurkers and others to have this additional information at their disposal. Interesting that you continue to bring up the merit badge. I currently am involved in raising additional funds for the boy scout camp and programs in our region. It is clear that even in the face of SEC cautions and halts, there will always be those who will hype and never acknowledge the obvious. Too bad.
