Unfortunately that silly woman has no idea how to speak to the Landlord, as that who China is now, especially if one is pissed at the Landlord. There is only so much you can say and do.

China is not some Canadian Trucker who hardly has enough dough to make the next payment on the Truck. The real tools for keeping enemies of the State at bay are no longer with us.

They handed over the keys to the property (Europe) decades ago. We still had a deal with the Russians to keep a low utility bill on the property but some silly fuks screwed that one up too. Now we have to pay a fortune to keep the gas on as well. Some hooligans even cut off the nordgas, why? I don't know, it's difficult to understand the mind of delinquents.

It's getting cold here, we seem to be straight out of Global Warming, and I live by the sea.
