what part of the Electoral vote counting process on Jan 6 was interrupted by the "Insurrection" and when they reconvened an hour or two later it wasnt performed?
What a stupid question, designed to get a "gotcha" response out of me.

Just because the insurrectionists didn't succeed doesn't mean they shouldn't be charged with sedition.

If I tried to rob you but couldn't get anything out of you, does that mean I didn't actually commit robbery?
