Board games are by definition "gender neutral."
Monopoly, for example, is a game meant to be played by everyone, boy or girl, man or woman (or nonbinary), Christian or atheist, Jew or Muslim, black, white, Latino, Asian, Wakandan, Navi, Vulcan, Klingon*, etc.
There you go, that's the "gender-neutral" toy section right there.
