"Just like how Big Oil is preventing California from reaching the renewable energy utopia like Iceland, Paraguay, Norway, and Costa Rica supposedly achieved." It's not. Utopia is still scheduled for 2050; correction, it's now scheduled for 2045. Big Oil failed to keep us from moving up the date.
