Can someone also clarify the significance of the 2005 date in the percentage savings information? Does that mean an operator who installs an overlay today will have to wait 7 years before they realize those savings? Or is that the maximum savings and it would be a climb up to that point in the interim? Just looking for a clarification.... Also... if an operator installs an overlay system, and the phones to interface to it... does that keep users from being able to connect in other areas where there is GSM coverage but no overlay? Again, just looking for clarification... DWB
