George, Just responding to your note to add my 2 cents here. I am in support of the buyback as a way to spend some corporate $$ as I believe that the company buying at these levels is both a good investment for the company. I have always however also mantained that I would like to see corporate $$ spent in the way that best adds to shareholder value and that only those on the inside really have the info needed to make these types of decisions. So the bottom line is that while I like the buyback, if an opportunity comes along where Joe Murphy sees an even better way to add shareholder value with those buyback $$, then I don't have a problem with replacing a good way to spend corporate $$ with an even better one. While it's best I think that the company remain somewhat fluid in it's plans so as to be able to pick and choose between good and better ways of progressing, it is also very important I think to work and appear unified since the resources aren't there to pursue all the good or better options at once.

James
