I heard last night that he only has 41% approval rating from US citizens to bomb. Given his other current crisis, that's not enough to "risk" two crises' at the same time, so he's going to the people today.... asking for forgiveness on on hand, and permission on the other <g>. No...really he's supposed to be doing a new conference to update the American people today.
