January effects becomes February effect, who cares? I do. Projected late start this year is because of late 401k deposits in January. Dow is still fighting bond investment; but another week should do it. The broadening may be fairly quick compare to other years. Simple because of the level of money coming into Wall street. Nasdaq is an indicator on the speed of the broadening effect. Russell 2000 may not be too long a wait.
