That wave has so little structure in it because it's a shark pattern. A shark pattern identifies a failed breakout wave which results in a extreme impulse wave.

The pattern does this at the bottom of the pattern and the completion of the pattern. At completion the pattern should result in a .50 fib retracement of the pattern so fast it will make your head spin.

This is a 1.13 shark. That's when the door opens for the retracement.
