I have uncle Lewis's mantle clock and a kerosene lamp I kept when I was clearing out dad's house sitting on a bookshelf. From when I was young visiting him at his farm I remember my uncle telling my dad the clock ran slow. When I started the clock it ran very slow so I took it to a shop to get fixed. It was at the shop for a period of time, instead of selecting the option to order new workings I told him to clean and rebuild. When I picked up the clock from the shop it still ran slow. It just sits on the bookshelf now. When I was watching, I think the movie is The Kingdom of Heaven, there was a line spoken that stayed with me. She said something along the lines of 'there will come a time when you will wish you had done a little wrong'.
