NEWS FROM CC thus far:

Approached after Stock holder meeting by two additional Government Agencies (One Municipal). TAVA believes that these agencies will turn into significant Business.

From R.W. Beck alliance TAVA is now in negotiations with 3 large utilities.

TAVA is being pulled into the Hospital and Medical Care arena. They are looking for partners in this space.

TAVA will be taking out 1/2 page AD in the end of week WSJ Y2K special ($70K cost)

Jenkins will fly today to Dallas to speak at the Keane Practitioners Conference and try to bring on more partners.

Wonderware has ordered another 20K in CD's to ship.

Base business is strong, following is more Y2K update:

Contract with major food company that in turn resulting in their suppliers receiving remediation.

Contract with large Auto Maker (shortly after they set up their office in the area) to assess 100 of their suppliers.

They will be presenting to the Y2K managers of Fortune 50 companies which is being brought together by one of their larger clients.

Ongoing negotiations with major Beverage company and presentation soon to major Utility.

Staffing Plan

two approaches:

1. Direct World-wide basis
2. Partnering with Solution Providers world-wide

Negotiating with major Latin American Integrator to service Venezuela and entire S. American Region.

Several System Integrator's (SI) in Europe.

Pacific Rim as well.

Birmingham Office recently added in the South-East (Automative Industry).
