I am relatively new to this thread, but a hearty welcome to you anyway. I am not an accountant. From my experience this appears to be an alternate way to label the same information as long as all the equity security is in terms of common stock.

Also companies sometimes play games with convertible debt on their
balance sheet and C-Cube has had some related to recent acquisitions,
so this may be a factor.
