No he didn't. The surrender happened under Brandon.

Brandon tried to postpone the withdrawal from Afghanistan to September 11. He was going to use the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attack to declare victory and move on.

Moreover, he promised us that Kabul wouldn't look like Saigon.

Surprise! The Taliban rose up months before that date. They didn't even encounter any resistance from government forces.

Instead of sticking firm to the original postponed timeline, Brandon hastened the withdrawal from Afghanistan, thereby allowing the Taliban to dictate the time table.

In other words, BRANDON, not Trump, surrendered to the Taliban.

And he owned it by default, especially after he made that "won't be like Saigon" promise.

That certainly encouraged PooTin, Xi, Hamas, Iran, Venezuela, and every single other adversary of America.
