Hi kckip,

Move over will ya?

I'm right here with you.

Rates are going down as inflation is still high.

We're all happy and everything is OK?

Optimism is close to hope.

They both do happen, but it does seem toppy and new highs happen after bottoms.

I have bot to close my long ago sold puts because they were cheap, and I fear a corrective wave soon. With new highs continuing, I fear a deeper corrective wave, as extensions on impulsives bring deeper corrections.

Not chasing anything including FOMO.

I'm longer than ever with stocks that pay a dividend. IF the stock drops in price, I'll buy more stocks/dividends for my dollar.

Just my opinion.

Bob
