We should not be surprised that they have gone for refinancing, we have discussed this many a time on this site by way of a share issue (Wasnt the target discussed $10USD)......this is a growth company still developing products, but running on negative working capital.....(this is all in their finacials).. I think the private placement and credit fascility is good news someone very close to them believes in what they are up to, maybe it is linked to the cs4 roll out... overall good news, earnings release takes on fresh significance.
