ARC and some thoughts:

It had a steady decline from January 2017 to the market break in 2020. It then rebounded quickly and rose from its low of just under .50 cents in March of 2020 to just over $4 in March of 2022. Since then, it has been bouncing back and forth between $2 and $4. I still expect it to break $4 and rise even higher. When? Your guess is just as good as mine, if not better.
