I heard the whole ERGB story last May. Since then the stock has gone from 5 3/4, My first purchase price to 15 and back to 5 3/4 . I know one of the guys involved in the company. He is not the type of person to be involved in a scam. On the other hand, can the company succeed? There has been tremendous pressure from the Short sellers. There is a family split that centers on the company. There are old friends and business associates that do not speak accept in courtrooms now because of the company. The company did come public. The company has secured financing from reputable sources. The company has reported good earnings in at least one quarter. The company changed its fiscal year and no one knows when the next EPS report is. (This is supposedly for strategic reasons) The company does have real products. I know they exist. Schools endorse them. Companies endorse them. Do we worry or be happy? I am still long because I like the company. I have sold some because I hate the stock. I am going to give ERGB some more time on the long side. The shorts should be about exhausted at this point, Technically there are hints of, and I don't want to say strength, Call it a weakening of weakness. If the Co would just report EPS then we could get on with this debate. Jim
