Sorry to disagree with you, but MPRS was just recently thrown into chaos by the failed merger with GTIS. I don't think they are going to go jumping back into a merger any time soon. The are going to buckle down and focus on getting the games out, and getting their sales channels back in order. I don't think the employee's would stand for another buyout so soon, it would be bad for moral. I think the buyout window (if there even is one) will occur when MPRS is back on its feet and stable, and everyone in the company is feeling good again. The only possible quick buyout I see would be a hostile cash tender offer for all out standing shares. (Ex. BROD offers $5 cash directly to any MPRS shareholders willing to tender their shares).
