It is peculiar that the original posting to misc.invest.stocks regarding a lawsuit in formation last year doesn't seem to be available through the Dejanews power search. Contact information for the US attorney whose office is handling the US side of this IS still available through the power search (I used "GANDF" as the search word in the "old" database) and it can be identified by the initial phrase: UPDATE #1. This is in reference to trading which occurred on or about 13 May 1997, and is a separate issue from the Action already in progress over Disclosure Issues from about two years ago. Additional assistance is requested in locating a Yahoo URL in which specific reference/announcement was made to GANDF announcing a "reorganization" immediately prior to its dramatic fall in equity price/value sometime in late summer(?) of 1997.
