Jewish/ Palestinian/ others, during the late Ottoman era, the immediate time after WW1 & by 1948.
The same U.N. who recognized Israel in 1949.

if Palestinian land ownership/ Titles is a concern for you, would Israeli acknowledgement alleviate it?

Another country, China. The Chinese take Tibet in the '50's, later some of the Himalayan lands adjacent
to India & Burma, the South China Sea basin beginning in the mid '70's.
I'm wondering if the Chinese checked out the land titles before their 'takings'.

Lets not dismiss Israel.
