VALUE... I need a couple of good stock ideas. I ask the regulars to list 2 or 3 decent companies. They do not have to be your largest holding, for one reason or another. Nothing new here from me, but here ya go:

HIW. $23. Some risk due to office sector. 9% dividend, no debt maturities, flat growth but 6 FFO/E.

HRI $148. Rental equipment (paul mentioned this one 1st). 2% div but nice growth on a 12 PE.
