This 200+ hole drill program is the larger by approximately 10 fold from the next largest drill program that was around 20 holes. It will bracket the playa and cover approximately 7 square miles. In each five acre disturbance permit there will be five holes, with the outer ones going to 250 ft. and the center one going to 500 ft. I understand that the drilling will be done by an outside firm and will be Chain Of Custody. I don't know how long it will take, but the plan is to be prepared so that the drilling wouldn't outpace the permitting.

The Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIMM - I don't know why they left out the P) has a scale that starts from the bottom at Inferred Resource moving up to Indicated Resource then going to Probable Reserve and then reaching Proven Reserve.

Inferred Resources are inferred from geoscientific evidence, drill holes, underground openings or other sampling procedures where the lack of data is such that continuity cannot be predicted with confidence and where geoscientific data are not known with a reasonable level or reliability.

Indicated Resources are mineral resources sampled by drill holes, underground openings or other sampling procedures at locations too widely spaced to ensure continuity but close enough to give a reasonable indication of continuity and where geoscientific data is known with a reasonable level of reliability.

At the moment, Naxos is talking to consultants to establish the best way of proving up the playa.
